The worker is very unkind. If you're a little late, he tells you to make an appointment again. I couldn't pass the smog check test first time, I failed. But when I paid twice, I passed. Besides, he's a man who doesn't keep his word. Once again, he is not favorable to customers at all. No matter how cheap it is, I don't want to go here again. So terrible place!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is horrible. Bad customer service and dismissive attitude. He doesn’t follow the rules set by the BAR Referee. Also if you bought a Groupon get a refund save yourself the trouble this guy is not even an honor it. he acts like someone is doing a favor when there’s a handful of small shops all over the bay area to go to avoid this one at all cost if you want your car smogged correctly and fairly and honoring the code of ethics set by the bureau of automotive repair.
