After weeks of emails and having someone come out and measure , I was informed that payment needed to be made in full for them to come out and remeasure my job. When I questioned this I got attitude from "Jaymi". When I mentioned canceling she just said "ok Very poor customer service. Would not use them Also made a complaint to Home Depot who suppplied me this contractor.
I cannot express enough how happy I am with my new shutters!! I had such an amazing outcome with this company. Very happy!! 10/10
This company is the best with their window shutters! I had mine installed today and they look so elegant and the installation was excellent! Highly recommend them !
