Awful customer service after they sell you the security system, I had an issue with mine and tried to get them to send someone out to my residence to fix it. Both time slot and days that they promised me were complete no shows. They do not care about the customer once they've sold them their system.
Jordan Bular is very committed to making us happy. I have complete confidence we can call him and he will always try to help us if we have questions or need new equipment. Our installation tech, Jeremy, is great. He was a great help to us and figured out the best positioning of the equipment.
