My daughter lost a special toy while hiking. It was bought in Colorado at a yearly event that comes to town. I googled for a replacement and found this store in California that sold these puppy toys. I bought two sets of puppies in hopes one would have THE puppy. Sadly, none had the puppy that was lost. I reached out to the store directly, asking if they had the puppy in stock so if I bought another set, I could make sure we got THE puppy. Wow, I have tried to contact this business several times in several ways and have never received a reply. Why do they even pretend to do anything but sell out of their shop? Wish I could recommend them.
