My mom has been seen by this office a couple of times and besides the outrageous wait time, we’ve had complications with the staff after her surgery. My mom was prescribed specific eye drops nearly an entire week before her eye surgery and that entire time we could not reach anybody at the office to change the prescription since the eyedrops were out of stock at every pharmacy within 30 miles. I am surprised by the great reviews at this place. How has anyone even seen a doctor? Maybe the doctors are great but I haven’t had a chance to find out. I’ve called 3 times to try to get an appointment. First time I reached their answering service after hours which was no problem. The answering service took down my info and said the office would call me the following morning. That never happened.
