These morons made a 25k loan in my name, for a car without an engine. This was bank fraud committed on a loan application by NextCar USA in Bakersfield CA. When I found out and called CRB, they pretended to investigate for 3 weeks with no call back! Finally one of the morons informed me, they would do nothing, and that I would need to make payments on a car I don't even have!! Mind you, I called them a month before payments even started. My car was in for repairs. I sent my insurance check to CRB. CRB claims they will overnight a payment to my body shop as soon as they receive the invoice and pictures of the repairs. The reality is, CRB waits 3 business days to send the check. The reality is, your repaired vehicle sits at the shop 3 business days waiting for the check to arrive.
