I enjoyed the up beat energy everyone in here has, they made it easier to walk through the doors. I worked closely with Kierra, Conan, and Kathleen and each one of them went above and beyond to help me feel better; Jess, at the front desk, was always helpful and kind! Thankful for such an amazing team, all the questions of the day, and the energy every team member has!
Conan Yamamoto has been a life saver for me since my knee injury and surgery. Always attentive and professional, Conan is ready for his patients at their scheduled time and never feels rushed. He genuinely cares about my progress and tailors his treatments to my specific changing needs. The front office staff and PT assistants are also very friendly and helpful. I fell on my knee, so I am going to therapy to build my leg muscle. After 3 weeks I felt so much stronger! I will keep doing the exercises and going to class because I am getting so much stronger! I even went to get something out front, but forgot my cane! I walked without it and didn't notice! I got so happy when I realized what I had accomplished!
It is so refreshing to have a PT listen to you. Kierra will do her 'hands on' & if something hurts or twinges, she stops & either continues softer or goes to another area. Then, you have A.J. who is like a Cruise Director. Greats everyone with a nice "Welcome Back". He shows you exactly how to do a particular exercise. I was struggling with my hip to do it correctly but it was causing pain. All of a sudden Kierra calls over to see if I am OK.
