I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was beyond kind and empathetic. I was in the middle of an insurance switch, and navigating medical care can be extremely frustrating, but they made me feel heard and supported instead of just another logistical problem to solve. Excellent! Sivan and Albert work well together and they are both good listeners ! They explain my excercises very clearly. The receptionists are friendly and professional.
The staff at California Rehabilitation and sports therapy is amazing. From Marina and Wendy at the front to all of the therapist. I had the privilege of working with Sivan and Andy. They answered my many questions and explained what was happening so I knew how my body was healing. Truthfully, I was sad when I no longer needed to go.
