Complete disappointment. No longer an active business. Apparently the business has been closed for close to a year yet they still have an active website and send confirmation emails and phone calls of upcoming appointments. We drove an hour and we arrived to an empty building and a disconnected phone line. The business next door let us know that it has been closed for almost a year! Just be aware that this is not an active business anymore, don’t waste your time as well.
Absolutely the worse service!! If I can put NO stars I would. I was extremely disappointed and shocked to show up to the Atascadero location only to find an empty building, after driving 1 hour!!! I was never advised or given notice of them closing or moving locations instead I was reminded twice through email and once through phone on my upcoming appointment. It was an amazing experience. Very comfortable.
This is an amazing place where you not only see your baby on how she or he is going to look like but also you get some advices as well, TJ the person how did the screening he was so nice to us and helped us through the appointment he gave us options on packaging and prices the whole 30 minute section he did his best to take the best pictures from my baby and make us feel really comfortable.
2nd experience was great! I visited the Santa Maria location to find out the gender of our baby. The tech who took care of me asked if I wanted to know then or to have it sealed in an envelope. Being that my husband wasn’t with me I asked to keep it a secret and put it in an envelope. She slipped up multiple times during the session telling me the gender of the baby taking away my husband and I’s special moment together.
