This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone, I can't leave a message, nobody will call me back, and when I did talk to someone, she refused to take care of my issue. This company installed my solar, but there is an error message, "The aGate is in a fail-safe mode. Please contact your service provider". This is a nightmare! If you have a choice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They are not responsive to their bad work. I bought a new home and solar system doesn't work correctly. After troubleshooting with FranklinWH experts, they found out that the issue is wiring that this company did. I tried different ways to talk to them and after three days that their representative called me, she asked me to open a ticket with Lennar instead of sending someone to fix their mistakes and when I was talking to her she hung up the call!!
I had a great experience working with California Premiere Solar. They did an amazing job from start to finish—professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The customer service was top-notch, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my new solar system! I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar and will definitely be using them again for future projects.
