Our pool builders went AWOL before completion April 2023, but fortunately we were far enough along the contractors hired finished the job for us. We received no “pool school” and they did not submit the final permit, which we recently discovered after receiving a letter and potential fine from the city. We have had to replace a pump, and now we have a leak in the pipes behind our fountain (all still under warranty).
