California pools . I just had Richard come out to see why my pools wasn't working and he came out the time frame he said he would be here. He checked my settings and saved me money which I thought I was going to pay for a pump motor and it turned out all it was needed settings reprogram. Thank you 🤗
Was great until pool was done then went downhill from there. Never came back to finish my rock work. It’s sharp everywhere on the slide and inside in the grotto path leading up, lights stopped working was promised a new one then never heard from them again. On and off problems and never get good customer service. I think if you spend 120k for a pool you expect better service. Never came back to color match equipment. I would not recommend this company. Everything was great at the beginning, decided to hire Rick thinking the highest bid would be the best quality and most professional. Keep in mind his bid was twice as much as some bids I received. Rick is now non responsive after my several attempts in letting him know the pebble finish he did is a hazard and is breaking skin with the slightest surface abrasion.
