Tony M.,the person, great guy…Tony M, the California Pools representative and spokesperson, horrible…we were told from the beginning that he was our representative and everything will be addressed through him…I have addressed the many different aspects of our pool build with Tony and the issues that still need to be handled…we will go weeks without hearing from him even when we will text on multiple occasions…so many promises made that have yet to be repaired/fixed…it is always some reason why something does not get handled ... read more
I didn't even make it past the phone conversation. The guy who answered kept saying that they are just too busy and had an annoyed tone. Serious buyer lost!
