We paid $70,000 over the course of three months even though we technically only had to pay 18k in that window. We were promised completion by February 15th. They started our pool in November and hired an excavator who’s license had been expired. A city inspector showed ip and fined him and made him stop. It took them almost a month to have someone come out to finish digging. Our general contractor was great from CP but, he ended up quitting because of the workload the owner Andrew was taking on.
