Gerald (the owner) is outstanding - he is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and helps walk you through your system to not only understand any issues you may be having now but also help you maintain it in the future. Gerald was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Fixed the issue on the first try with my Lochinvar Knight water boiler. After describing the problem to him over the phone, and with some pictures of the unit that I sent, he came prepared with the necessary spare parts. He replaced those parts and did some additional maintenance, always explaining what was going on along the way. As a relatively new homeowner inheriting a fairly complex hydronic radiant heat system, I've been looking for a plumbing partner. I'd used two other services in the past and while both charged be a bunch and made minor fixes, neither fixed my problems long term. In Gerald, I've found that partner—he was communicative in scheduling (via text), prompt at our appointment, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problems. I plan to work with him to install upgrades to the system as well. I'm not sure why he doesn't have many reviews ... read more
