No complaints here! The happy hour special is hard to beat - a 7 inch pizza and a beer for $9 is the perfect combo. The dipping bread in olive oil was absolutely amazing too. Honestly, I could've made a meal out of that alone! 🍕🍺
I've never had a bad meal at California Pizza kitchen. However they have been changing up their menus and some of the things I really liked are no longer being served. The replacements are interesting and look like they would be good
I sat at their bar and I ordered the pizza Margherita. The pizza has fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil and extra virgin olive oil. This pizza was pretty good. Instead of using fresh sliced tomatoes they used tomato sauce. I really prefer the texture of the fresh tomato slices. The pizza had a nice taste. I would have like it even more if it had large basil leaves all over it to enhance the smell and taste. I received good service at the bar.
