The Plymouth Meeting location was lively but not overcrowded, with a friendly, upbeat vibe. Staff were attentive and warm, making our visit smooth. Portions were generous for the price, and the pizza crust was perfectly crisp. Parking was easy in the mall lot, though tables filled quickly during peak hours. A small suggestion: more vegetarian topping options would be a nice touch for diverse diets.
Came with our kids to eat dinner. Sat for over half an hour and never had our order taken. One particular waiter walked passed us 5 times and never even looked our way. They never even took our drink order. We asked what was going on. We were told our waiter would be with us shortly, and that never happened. They were not very busy. I also saw multiple employees standing around on their phone. Will never be back here. Terrible service.
We stopped here this time just for the butter cake and man... Amazing!. Server was great.. The place was clean. Love it
