Service at this location has been on decline and today was the worst experience. A customer was watching videos in the dining room at full volume. I asked the server to ask the customer to turn down the volume and he said he couldn’t. I asked him for the manager and he told me that he told the manager but the manager declined to do anything about it. The manager really wasn’t engaged with anything and sitting around most of the time. Not likely to return.
Nothing bad to say. Everytime I go its like seeing old friends, everyone is so kind. Especially Franco! He really does go above and beyond. The food is always amazing as well :)
If I could give a 0 starts I would worse service ever this server Domingo Is always in a bad mood and thinks he can treat people bad honestly honey thanks to the customer you have a job ! Managers there is also rude and not helpful don’t recommend going to Arden location cause they are all rude and not happy to attend customer service.. didn’t provide me with no bread at all
Amazing salads! And the pizzas? So good!
