James was very knowledgeable about the termite issues at the property. He was friendly and professional. He explained the treatment to me very clearly. His worker show up on time. Very helpful and polite, treated inside and outside the property as agreed. I am very happy to the warranty that was transferable to new owner. I will continue to refer my family and friends in the future.
I have had many pest control company’s but I have never had anyone as good as Kristen Smith at California Pest Control. She is so customer oriented and so detailed at what she does. Every time Kristen does any service for me it is always perfection!
I have had such a great experience with CA Pest Control. I’ve had some extra “ special” issues and they’ve been right in top of it. And, whoever responds to their texts is always responsive and friendly, that makes a difference!!
