I have to post an honest review . I am in the medical field, and have taken care of people my whole adult life . I have worked in Rehabs , Convolecent care , hospitals , and I can say this facility is absolutely terrible . My father spent over 20 days , and every time I was there not only was I treated like a complete bother , but the nurses / CNAs at the nurses station were not friendly . My experience with California Park Post Acute has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The nursing team is attentive, professional, and genuinely compassionate—they go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and well taken care of. My grandfather has been here twice. Once about six years ago, and once last week. Six years ago, it was great. They were attentive and compassionate. The food was decent, and the care was prompt. This last time wasn't as good of an experience. They placed him under a window with a draft, and wouldn't listen when he asked to be moved. They would listen to any request we made, say they'd look into it, and never followed up. Some of the staff was good, others not so much. They seemed hurried and distracted most of the time.
