After merging in front of this guy in bumper to bumper traffic Northbound on the 15, July 16th at 6PM….he proceeded to pass me on the shoulder and cut in front of me as we were attempting to exit. He forced us to slow down as he exited and then re-entered the freeway again…making it evident his feelings were hurt when I had to make the lane change in front of him. Not sure this is the safety standard of CA Paratransit Services.
