They took $800 from me and now I don't know when my surgery is. They never called Me back or gave me any information for my surgury that's tomorrow. I want my Money refunded so I can find another place to get a surgery done. The doctor himself is fine. The rest of it is crap. Have to call dozens of times to get through. Very clipped and rude staff. Just an unpleasant experience all around
Called in to schedule an appointment and was met with a very rude lady on the phone. Hoping this office hires someone else to take their calls and bring up their reviews and patient expectations.
I've waited at the DMV less than I have waited here. The slowest of services, no customer service or courtesy and absolutely no communication. The front desk staff seems under trained or just doesn't care. The TV blasting news even started arguments in the waiting room among a couple of people and they still didn't bother to change the channel or turn it down.
This place is terrible. DO NOT COME HERE. Miscommunication is the biggest issue here. The girls failed to communicate very important factors that contributed to my follow up being rescheduled several times. They don't take any accountability for their mistakes even when they themselves mix up the schedule, not even bothering to inform their patients of last minute changes or honest time frames.
