***How can you schedule an appointment if you never pick up phone RECEPTIONIST! MAILBOX is FULL! TERRIBLE to get follow up appts. Continuity of care is disrupted! Unprofessional mgmt your business will continue to get bad reviews until phone issue is resolved.
They took $800 from me and now I don't know when my surgery is. They never called Me back or gave me any information for my surgury that's tomorrow. I want my Money refunded so I can find another place to get a surgery done. It's been 4 months with a broken ankle and ppl are flying from out of town to help me tomorrow and idk if I'm even getting surgery now and they took my money already. The doctor himself is fine. The rest of it is crap. Have to call dozens of times to get through. Very clipped and rude staff. Just an unpleasant experience all around
