Called last minute for an appt for 2 pedicures. Had to wait a few minutes for a nail tech to arrive (must have been called in). All in all service was very friendly and accommodating. Especially for the price ($30 pedicure) very happy with the outcome.
Service was horrible will never go there again
I called to inquire about a donation of a gift card for a Braintree High School fundraiser and they said no and hung up on me. I am one of there customers and it made no difference. Needless to say, I will never be going back. So rude, it was comical.
Very poor customer service ! If you don’t want customers at a certain time I rather you say no we are closed that’s to RUSH and do a LOUSY JOB !! Then have the nerve to be argumentative about HOW I WANT MY NAILS TO LOOK ! Never again ! My first and last time
