My first time here - I was floored by the positive energy, calming surround sound and caring approach. Everyone was incredibly professional and I felt safe and protected (5 stars for that alone during a pandemic, okay). If I could give this no stars I would. I went in today thinking I was in the mall anyway it would be one less stop and I shouldn't have let convenience be my reason for going in. First I got that "Look" when I told the girl I don't want a polish I do my own artwork at home, as if I cant possibly know how to do my own artwork compared to them. Then I got Tammy doing my nails.
