Absolutely appalled. I came in expecting a relaxing, professional experience — instead, I left $200 poorer and completely baffled. First of all, the entire appointment took barely 30 minutes. That might sound like a win, but trust me — when you’re paying $200 for a basic set of nails, you expect more than a rushed, assembly-line job. Came to get a partial fill on my acrylic set. Instead of filing the old nail down and filling it - or soaking it off- she shoved a plastic fake nail tip in between the nail and fake nail- for 4 of my fingers. Made several fingers bleed during the process and ripped up my nails. ZERO attention to the cuticles, then the acrylic she did was so thin my nails bent and fell off in three days. I asked for medium almond and they looked terrible. They also did my little sisters nails- ALL she wanted was a French tip with gel polish. ... read more

Had an amazing experience here!! I got a fill and a pedi, and am so happy with how everything turned out. The staffs attention to detail is so clear and the quality of their work is so great!! Edit: since this review, California nails has been my go to spot, but I have been disappointed recently. I went in to repair and fill an acrylic set that had two broken nails and the gel had peeled a week within a week of getting them done, and the acrylic was lifting from my natural nail.
