Absolutely appalled. I came in expecting a relaxing, professional experience — instead, I left $200 poorer and completely baffled. First of all, the entire appointment took barely 30 minutes. That might sound like a win, but trust me — when you’re paying $200 for a basic set of nails, you expect more than a rushed, assembly-line job. Came to get a partial fill on my acrylic set. Instead of filing the old nail down and filling it - or soaking it off- she shoved a plastic fake nail tip in between the nail and fake nail- for 4 of my fingers. Made several fingers bleed during the process and ripped up my nails. ZERO attention to the cuticles, then the acrylic she did was so thin my nails bent and fell off in three days.
