DO NOT GO HERE! I had a horrible experience with butchered nails! First off, the customer service is horrible. The gentleman that did my nails couldn't even speak English well enough to explain the difference in what type of nail to get. I showed a picture and he couldn't even get that right either. I was there for 3 hours, but came back after 5 mins because my nails were already coming off. They fixed it enough for me to come home, but then a few hours later they started to come off again. Techs answer their phone during session. They did not do a great job - my husband got me a gift certificate there for Christmas 2011 as a way if planning for a cruise in 2013 the wouldn't honor it and when I asked the manager about it he yelled at me saying you could have already used it??
