I went in just to look at an Audi R8 to get a better understanding of what that car really is. Without hesitation, Rich threw me the keys and said hop in check it out and I instantly knew my car search was over. I walked in around 3pm is and had my first supercar by around 6pm the same day. My kids were getting restless as they are 2 and 4 and Shelly calmed them down and entertained them while Rich got me taken care of. Horrible experience. Wish I could give it zero stars. My husband and I came in a few months ago to look at a 2017 ram 2500 and had a good experience at first (other than the fact that they illegally smog their vehicles and told us we would need to continue to do that if we purchased the truck). We got all the paperwork ready and they approved us, we were told we just needed to wait a couple days for them to replace a bad fuel filter and for the smog to “pass.” To this day, they have NOT called us back.
