I’m reviewing California Motor Trade company. As I bought a car at the now closed location in Downey but they said they got the car from this location in Azusa. I’m gonna put this clear as I can, DO NOT buy a car from these this company! I bought a car that I was told by Rosevelt ( sales man) that car had no accidents. I was also told a price and as time went on as signing papers, the price kept going up with fees that were not told about. Do not get the warranty ( portfolio protection) we paid for it and if the car was stolen we can get 5000 the car was stolen never got the money or even the refund for the warranty. Just got the run around. I liked this place so much but they don't handle business properly I wanted to use the 5000 to get another car from them but they just screwed us over
Horrible experience, I payed in full, and was promised that my registration, tags and title would be in the mail in no later than 3 months. Now without any contact to this location I have to contact a separate location which they “merged” with. I have been running in a circle with them for over a month now trying to get this figured out. Each time I am in contact with them I am told something different such as, “it will be in today and I will give you a call” or “ I just spoke to the dmv and they said it is taken care of” . ... read more
