We purchased several doors and windows from them and cannot express how frustrating the experience has been. The external doors close with a 1/4" gap, the doors stops are too short, the hinges and dummy handles were incorrect, and the screen doors do not fit. We've been trying to resolve the issues with them for months now calling and emailing Ron Mehran Mehdizadeh but he just does not respond.
