I can't believe that it's already been a year since I decided that I had to change my life habits and made the decision to join California Weight Management. I had heard a lot about them from my friends, and I don't regret a day that I have been on this program. I didn't think I would lose 119 pounds in just one year, but I did. I feel so much better about myself and have so much more energy. I can walk without pain, work all day, and still have some energy left for my kids.

The best place I ever found to loose the weight. Great staff working there. I will say to go through the program all the way through and not give up. I gave up before I was complete after loosing over 50 lbs and gained it back and some. But it was the best I had ever felt. Life just got in the way. Would so go back and recommened others to go. Staff encourages u so much to do good.

I haven't even been using this program for a whole two weeks yet and I'm OBSESSED! I've always struggled with knowing what to and what not to consume...and how much! This program/the sweet staff have been incredible guides already! After two weeks, I am already seeing results and I feel better than I have in a very long time! I am so excited for what's to come!
I've never met or worked with a more knowledgeable staff and true professionals. With their expert guidance I was able to lose 57lbs in about 3 months. I can thank each and everyone of them enough.
