After my regular mammogram I was notified an additional film and ultrasound were needed. My surgeon sent a rush order and I made an appt with California med imaging within a week. Its now more than 3 weeks after the appointment and my surgeon still does NOT have reports or films. If you need it fast don't use this facility. They did the same to my husband and his MRI for surgery after a stroke. Staff is great . Radiologist not so much
I feel horrible because I completely forgot the name of the tech that did my MRI today but he was incredibly kind and helped me make it through the procedure. Turns out I'm even more claustrophobic than I thought and he was very understanding. It could have easily been a awful experience so I really appreciate that they care.
I wanted to leave a review because the MRI tech that operated the machine for my scan was amazing. Jason was very professional, kind, and thorough in his explanation of how the process will work. I was very anxious and he was attuned to that. During the scan, he walked me through each step, and I felt so much less anxiety. I believe he deserves to be recognized for displaying such professionalism and compassion. The receptionist was cordial and helpful. The waiting room wasn’t crowded and I got called back right on time. Everything was clean and very professional The technician was very nice and took his time explaining the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. The procedure went as planned and I would highly recommend California Medical Imaging Associates.
Beware I left a 1 star review about a year or 2 ago in regarfs of them never answering a phone and it taking about a month to finalñy answer. And due to leaving that review now if I ever get a referral to this place they dont treat u do to leaving a bad review.
