The front desk girls here are great! They are very kind and helpful. The building itself is also very clean including the restroom and waiting room.
I was appalled by the behavior of the front desk staff during my visit. She was rude not just to me, but to other patients waiting in the office. There is absolutely no excuse for treating people with such disrespect, especially in a medical environment where patients might already be anxious.After reading other online reviews, I realized I am not alone in this experience. The scan I got was fine. I paid in person before the service was administered. Unfortunately, a bill was still mailed to me, which was paid accidentally by my spouse. When I called to inquire as to the refund process, they asked if I had contacted their billing contact (which is why I was calling their office, since I don’t know that they outsource their billing), and was given an east coast phone number. One month and still haven’t got results from MRI. Be prepared to wait a life time for results. Also, they never fax results. You’ll have to come pick them up. To also find out they are not ready.
