Made an appointment, after a they verified my coverage, with a 2month wait. 2 days from the appointment they called and said they don't accept my plan. I wouldn't even give 1 star if it was an option. I wouldn't be surprised if this place was involved in major fraud. I was on the phone with them and Anthem and they didn't seem to have a sense of ethics or felt like they did anything wrong. I just want to say that my first review was erased. My first experience with California Medical Center which was with Dr Johanna. I want to explicitly state that I would never choose to be on a narcotic.For pain or anything highly addictive. I want to start my saying that Dr Azeroth is fantastic. She diagnosed me in seconds after years of looking for help with an issue that was destroying my quality of life. She is fantastic and truly caring. The front desk woman is why I did it review this place better. She is the only contact you have with this place and she is a grumpy mess. Never listens, always has a bad attitude, is argumentative, and doesn’t do her job in the slightest. I was seen by Dr. Nadia today and she was amazing. The staff also gave me proper service, I didn’t have to wait too long to see the provider, the appointment itself went well, she answered all my questions and she was able to treat me. Im so glad I found them. I highly recommend this office!
