They don’t value customers and clearly don’t take their business seriously. I had to spend extra money to get the job redone, very poor experience.
Great company! Have their contact saved in my phone now. Locked myself out while heading out and Alex helped me out right away. I called the closest locksmith to me and they quoted me almost triple. Disheartened, I used yelp’s very helpful function in contacting multiple services at once. Alex called me immediately and the price was incredibly reasonable. Alex was awesome!! Made multiple keys for me in just a few minutes. Needed spare keys to stash while surfing. Alex came directly to my place and was super helpful and informative. These guys are A+!
Alex was courteous and calm. If he couldn’t get into my airlocked trunk, I couldn’t get the car started by moving the battery kill switch. A 44 year old car. He asked some questions and suggested that I give him about thirty minutes. He went about his task without any hesitation or reservation, merely a thorough step by step analysis and then using his magical tools went at it. He text me about thirty minutes later - the trunk open, the car running, no damage. He was terrific and professional. He was spot on.
