Sarah and her team were wonderful to work with. They were attentive, knowledgeable, caring, professional, helpful and easy to communicate with. Selling a property can be a stressful experience but they walked me through each step in the process and made it as seamless as possible. I could not have done it without them! Sarah has helped us sell and purchase properties and she is the utmost professional, extremely knowledgeable and made the tedious process easy for us while she worked hard to sell our property and help us find our dream home. Most recently she helped us purchase rental property from a very difficult seller and worked many extra hours to ensure all parties were happy at the close of escrow. I have used Sarah to handle multiple sales from large 150 acre farm to residential. She is professional in all aspects. She is realistic about values and the market. Worked very hard on an estate property that had many different problems including water and lot line adjustments.
