Rafael was really nice when he was trying to get my business. I regret so much hiring him to do my stair rails and stair baseboard design. He promised I would receive a design similar to a video he claimed was made by them. This included the rails, baseboards as shown on design we agree on. The rails were delivered looked nice, however part of the ones installed on the 2nd floor came apart, as they were not welded well.
