I called them because my insurance costs for my business had gotten too high. Mr. Hernandez looked at all the available plans and found something for us that gave us the coverage we wanted at a much better price than what we were paying. But the reason I came back to their website to write this review is that they have been far better than I expected in terms of customer service -- returning calls and emails, answering questions, and getting us whatever information or supplies we needed.
