I've been a longtime customer of CA Industrial. They're always very courteous and explain what the problem is with my old AC units at our warehouse. Over the years I've learned to keep up with maintenance service and we don't have unexpected surprises in the summer. Having reliable AC is a must in these summers! I recommend them to all our neighbors in our work cul de sac and my friends who have warehouses or offices. Rahim was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He asked the right questions, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what was going on without pushing unnecessary repairs. These guys are awesome, extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. I needed to redo my HVAC system and they provided me their recommended options and the pros and cons of each. They also took time to talk through my concerns and evaluate trade offs for what I want to do and the expected results. These guys do a good honest business, the result was excellent.
