As a first timer ordering parts for my '78 T2 Bay High Top build I have to say the whole process was easy and painless. I found the website easy to navigate, parts descriptions were accurate and appreciate the good-better-best product assortment with enough information to make an informed decision - as well as being reasonably priced (for what I had purchased). Ordered exhaust they sent the wrong one in a box labeled for the correct one. Bait and switch much. Dealt with Martin P. Who couldnt answer even one question. He took 3 days to say I had to deal with shipping back and they would send the correct exhaust( yeah right) I still have no idea if or when I will receive what I ordered. I have had multiple bad experiences dealing with their horrible customer service. I will never again order from CIP1!!! Buyer beware they dont give a crap about you as a customer.
