Every one was polite, I had no issues
A bit tucked away and hard to find unless you look for the gates. Smaller than other CID locations but just as nice and efficient once inside. I had already checked in via CID's new patient portal, so only a couple of signatures were needed when I arrived. I was about 20 min early for my appt because I wasn't sure of the traffic and inclement weather. They refused to treatment on my granddaughter who has been there once before. It was medicaly necessary,. Had all the paperwork and everything. But I didn't have my daughter ID which is already on file. So they refused rudly and told me to go somewhere else.
This place is so bad that I drive an extra 10 miles to get my tests at Murrieta
Very rude front desk. I asked about having my X-ray put on a disk and had a paper tossed at me and told that I could do it myself.
