Trying to schedule with this place is a legitimate nightmare. Apparently schedules are only generated out for two weeks in advance. I will be calling my doctor for orders to another facility because what an actual joke.
I’m always pleased when I have an opportunity to visit Cal Imaging in Murrieta, because I appreciate being treated with professionalism, courtesy, and competence. I recently had a bone scan with delightful Tech Julie in the DexaScan room. The procedure is pretty straightforward, simple. She made it fun. Yes, actual FUN! This visit made my day a happy one. I really appreciate being welcomed and treated kindly by your staff members. Thank you, California Imaging!
Awful!!! Don’t go here. The administration side doesn’t formally communicate between patient and insurance and you’ll end up paying out-of-pocket.
Fast and easy it was wonderful I would always have my x-rays there
