My husband had a four way CABG along with a right carotid encarderectomy in February. He had a follow-up ultrasound on Tuesday of this week. It turns out his carotid has filled back up about 75% which caused quite a stir in the cardiologist's office and STAT orders for tests. One of the tests ordered is for a neck CT angiogram. Lisa, the STAT coordinator moved things around so my husband will be seen and have his CT angiogram this afternoon in Hemet. I'm very grateful to her for her help on this. Trying to call at multiple times of the day for a week now...holding 10, 20, 18, 16, 26 and some minutes to change my appointment due to an illness and nobody comes to the phone. I will just be a no show I guess or if they call to remind me will tell them. Lousy service

The call center is the worst if you get some one by the name of Lisa just hang up and try back. Very rude and unprofessional…if anyone have information on how to file a formal complaint please post it.
