I called in and asked if I can get an x-ray. They told me to bring my insurance information and the x-ray order. I guess over the phone. My voice doesn’t sound the way I look however once I arrived, I was told that since I live in a different state I can’t get an x-ray here. Never heard of something like that. Just crazy.
I arrived for two MRI’s and was great my two Ladies that were very nice. John the tech however; was extremely abrasive with an elderly lady loss looking for her doctors . However, the treatment that I received was even more abrasive and rude. My doctor set up the appointment sent over all the important information John didn’t accept it. Total incompetence. First, they claimed they never got the paperwork, so it was resent. Then they couldn't get the billing information right, so when we showed up, they couldn't do the MRI. Secretary lied and claimed that no conversation took place the day before and refused to call the insurance company. She literally lied to cover up her mistakes. Now we have to wait a month before getting an MRI. Pain and suffering for another month. Ridiculous.
