BEWARE- potential buyer? Be prepared to do a whole lotta leg work! Arm yourself because you will be left to fend for yourself. TIME? Prepare for indefinite. Honestly? We did cause a 35 day delay because we decided to do our our own sidings and steps to save $8k. But even with that, it is taking longer than promised. This was a CASH deal!
