Horrible experience, Unethical, breach of contract and so many other unjust, undermined actions and lies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Worst experience ever I had in my 25 years construction experience. Promised 3 to 6 months, two year passed the show the house on they side per my request, which didn't look like I have ordered. **************** started demended full payment for contract, but couldn't verify that I'll get house in next 3 months delivered (but he promised me the letter of confirmation). Horrible! Do NOT buy from this business! My sister was told she could "get a deal" on an already made home on their lot, then was told she couldn't qualify. They then forced her to order a home that she didn't want. Proceeded to deliver it without notifying her or anyone else in their own company. Hook up of the house has been terribly slow and the State Inspector has been out multiple times because they can't get it right. My parents very unfortunately bought a home from Homes Direct **********. Its been almost two years of grief for them since selling our family home and buying a manufactured home from this place. After being told their home would be ready in 6 months, my parents were forced to live in a trailer for a year and a half. Started the process of ordering a home through Homes Direct in Mt ****** Washington in mid March of 2022. What a joke they are the lady that took our order couldnt get us a price to put half down for what amounts to a week shy of six months. So our $500 down to lock the price in didnt survive. In fact we were told 4 months later in July not to worry that our price hasnt gone up and assured us the factory was working on the changes we had asked for. The 1 star rating is only for the person that helped us with our design and purchase. If i could have gone with no stars I would have. We started this process September 2020. We worked our red tape which took several months and made our down payment April 2021 . Were told **** weeks we should expect delivery. After no word from Homes Direct for months July / August coming and site prep looming I started to probe for answers. After no response from Homes Direct I went directly to the home builder. Made our down payment over a year ago, made the financial closing over 7 months ago, still not a word about where our house is.
