I wish you could give zero stars. The employees at this company is just down right rude. When my grandmother's medical necessity prescription needs to be renewed annually, I call in to place an order (not knowing it's been a year and it needs to be renewed) they tell you it will be delivered within a time frame instead of telling you the prescription has to be renewed and to have the doctor *** the necessary form for the prescription to be renewed. I have been a client for sleep apnea supplies for 4 and a half years(2016-2021) and I have experienced horrendous customer service since the very first transaction. This company is definitely not interested in helping anyone. They do not listen to what you say or read what you write. Angela and Sara Rubio at the respiratory dept, interrupt you when you speak and prevent you from even finish a sentence. This company is a provider of home oxygen and other medical equipment. My mother's insurance contracted with them and we had to choice. The initial delivery of the equipment was a cluster as the employees do not speak to each other and we had different times and dates for the same appointment. when the equipment arrived we were promised that the portable oxygen would hold a battery charge of 6 hours. This company does not respond to emergency situations in a timely manner, emergency deliveries are pushed until the next day so drives dont accumulate overtime. Phone calls are never returned and CHME has had patients passed away before they provide DME.
