Dr. Harris performed surgery on both an inguinal and umbilical hernia at the same time on me. Both he and his office personnel are professional and courteous. I appreciated that they do not rely on our prescribe prescription pain killers. I followed their instructions and just used ice packs and OTC Tylenol.

Initial Visit: I saw Dr. Harris for a hernia consultation, which lasted under 20 minutes. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. During the visit, Dr. Harris was direct and to the point. He performed a physical exam and stated that he did not feel a hernia, and believed it was highly unlikely that I currently have one. I explained that I’d had a previous inguinal hernia that took over a year to diagnose and was not visible on imaging. I brought my imaging with me, but he did not review it. Dr. Harris made this seamless. This was a recurrent hernia (had it repaired elsewhere the first time). He made everything so much easier, ensured I was comfortable, didn’t push or force me to have surgery and allowed me to take the time and space I needed. More importantly, and best of all, he repaired the hernia and cleaned up all the scar tissue I had from the previous job. If you have a hernia, come to Dr. Harris!
