I rarely do negative reviews on service workers unless I receive absurdly unprofessional service. But, unfortunately, that is the case for the service desk at CA Heart and Vascular. After four fruitless calls, I still cannot get a call back for an appointment. They apparently can’t even determine if my authorization was received - a simple yes or no answer. My cardiologist doctor was splendid. Ten Stars. Unfortunately, the front office is a disorganized henhouse. One Star. The front office ran out of batteries so couldn't prescribe the heart monitor the doctor ordered. They refuse to mail medical reports, the only office in the valley to do so. And, they forgot to order despite instructed my medical records from previous hospitals, so my doctor was unable to make adiagnosis. I refused to return. In sum, you have a peerless cardiologist surrounded by incompetence.

I highly don't recommended this place at ALL. My grandpa had a follow up and the front desk is horrible. This place is only getting worse and worse with their patient care, on top the wait to see the cardiologist is 2-3 hours. My grandpa is a very sick patient so we are definitely taking his care elsewhere. When asked regarding the wait time the old chubby lady in front named "adriene " gave me the nastiest attitude.
