The appointment makers at this office have their H-U-A! An appt. was made for 3pm. The patient was on time. The appt. was to be for an ultrasound. Instead these geniuses gave the patient a follow up appt. to an ultrasound appt. they had never scheduled. They admitted the screw up and told the patient they could take him at 4:30pm the same day.
