Dr. Anderson and both of her residents I worked with to get fit for custom ear plugs were excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and communicative during the cleaning and fitment process. Explained the benefits and cost options for different types of plugs clearly. The plugs came in extraordinarily fast and the follow up was easy as can be. Cannot recommend Dr. Anderson enough.
I have worn hearing aids in both ears for years. I had changed brands during Covid and didn’t have good follow up care. I couldn’t hear out of my right ear and I was told my hearing loss was severe and this was as good as good as it was going to get! I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding care my grandparents received from Dr. Anderson. As they navigate the challenges of aging, communication has become increasingly difficult, especially over the phone. However, following their recent appointment, I noticed a remarkable improvement.
