Setting appointments and scheduling hearing aid fitting has been absolutely wonderful. When talking with them they are very patient and helpful. Thank you.
I was charged $750.00 MORE for the same device at California Hearing Aid Center than my local audiologist. I phoned to speak with the office manager to explain this discrepancy 3 weeks ago as well as again today and I still haven’t received a response. I also alerted my HMO to this cost discrepancy and requested that they review their contract with California Hearing Aid Center.
Avoid this place. Nice people until you need resolution to a problem during the warranty period. I ended up with costly painful hearing aids and lack of several requests to avoid phone calls and use text or email.
