I was charged $750.00 MORE for the same device at California Hearing Aid Center than my local audiologist. I phoned to speak with the office manager to explain this discrepancy 3 weeks ago as well as again today and I still haven’t received a response. I also alerted my HMO to this cost discrepancy and requested that they review their contract with California Hearing Aid Center.
Avoid this place. Nice people until you need resolution to a problem during the warranty period. I ended up with costly painful hearing aids and lack of several requests to avoid phone calls and use text or email.
The center is very welcoming and well staffed. The hearing professional listened to me and suggested several viable options. My devices were ordered.
